Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping

Standard Shipping is offered to most countries, and free of charge on ALL orders over 100$ USD.

Following an order placement, the fullfilment process takes between 1-5 business days. Once the order is fullfilled, the delivery time takes between 12-20 business days within the United States and between 15-30 business days to international destinations.

Important note: Please note that all the estimated shipping times, as stated above, are based on normal conditions. From time to time, we do experience heavy shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that the Customs Agency can prolong the delivery time due to clearing and scanning incoming packages, which explains the discrepency in the estimated delivery times.

Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (6-13 days)

For enquiries on upgrading your order to express shipping, please send us an email at info@babyterry.com immediately after placing your order with us and we'll respond to you with a quote and invoice for online payment. Do note that shipping by the express method costs about US$30-$50 per item, depending on the destination it is being shipped to.

Order Processing times

Again, please note that order fullfillment time must be added on to shipping time to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order fullfillment time is between 1-5 business days following order placement.

Order Tracking

All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will in turn send you the tracking number via email within 1-5 business days following order placement, if not please get in touch anytime and we will provide this info.

Once we provide with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online via the following page: babyterry.aftership.com

Separate packages

Since we work with different warehouse suppliers, to facilitate faster shipping, please note that your order may come in multiple/separate packages. A tracking number will be available for each shipment parcel. 

Orders that are unable to be delivered

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please, do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

Custom duty fees

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. We always recommend to check the custom duty fees in your State.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

Order cancellations

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless,  please drop us an email at info@babyterry.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
